Thhis camera is fantastic. no doubt about that. but you will be better off comparing your needs(still /motion shots) with those served by 6d which is another full frame camera from Canon with similar specs. major differences being focussing system, frame rate and 6d even gives us wifi(?) & GPS.but the 5dMK3 is worth every bit of the extra charge merely on its superior focussing.
Can tell you this is really a legendary camera, a worthy successor of the 5D Mk2. Image quality is very good and about the video capabilities, I need not say anything. Many commercial short movies were shot using its predecessor and this one continues the legacy. My only gripe is, this one is overpriced. A lot. If you are already a Canon user who wants to upgrade, this is the one to go for. But for professionals wanting to start, I would suggest Nikon D800. That one is also legendary and by going that way, you will be saving more than Rs 50000/- in the body alone. So think carefully before choosing.
