My uncle is having account in Canara bank for more than 15 years. The service is very much good. The employees are very professional and actually it differs from branch to branch also. But still, so far we have had a great experience with this bank.
No need to wait in queue for long hours as they do maintaining so many different counters and I love the way they have been maintaining great customer service for long years. We never faced any issue with the bank and even they do offer good interest on money. They provides lockers at very nominal rates and offers some nice deals too for privileged customers. the Atm service is very nice, though they do have less ATM's but we never faced any issue like server down and all.
