- BEWARE - They provide you things you have not ordered and charge for them too -
I had a horrible experience at the Coffee Day place in Madhapur today. I went with 2 friends and we ordered 3 coffees. I knew that they are bout Rs 50 each, They guy puts some cookies along with the coffee and later gives you a bill for Rs 250. On asking, why he is charging for the cookies that we have never ordered, the guy says we ate them.
This is cheating and worse than stealing. I will never ever go to this lousy joint again unless they change their unscrupulous practices. I hope the franchise gets some common sense into its team and moves away from this cheating practice. Otherwise, it is sure to die a natural death sometime soon.
On top of this when I scolded the guy for this practice, he is telling me not come again! There is no need for that. I will never go to this joint and will not advise anyone else to go.
