CTC PLAZA. Review on CTC Plaza, Delhi

I am a regular visitor to CTC plaza, Nazafgarh Road, Delhi.  Though they have couple of other outlets but I have not been able to make it to them so far simply because of the fact that this store is located very close to my residence.almost a hop, a skip and a jump from Delhi Standards.

The best thing about CTC Plaza is that they have mind boggling range of products.   The staff is courteous to the core and are ever ready to display their range to the utmost satisfaction of the customer.  Besides,  they have categorised the Store layout very well, i.e. different sections for Formal Wear, Ethnic wear, indo western, Mens section, Jewellery and so on.

Upon landing the CTC Plaza personnel politely and discreetly enquire regarding the article you wish to purchase and price range thereof.  While displaying the product within your specified price range the customers are offered soft drinks, tea etc.  The staff maintains utmost co-operation during product selection.

At any point of time if one decides not to buy anything for any reason, they would politely enquire the reason for your non-purchase but nobody is ever talked/forced into buying it and neither they belittle consumer for wasting their time in displaying end number of products and ultimately not buying anything.  Instead very nicely the customer is informed about availability of the product they are looking for and they are requested to visit again.

There are times when one walks in to buy just one item but due to  politeness and courtsey of the staff lands up buying more than actually planned, this is the only flip side of the visit.  Otherwise, shopping at CTC Plaza is a great experience.
