Don't ever trust CIBIL scores. Its absolutely a money making institute. Any company or any one who pays money to cibil can enter negative scores to any one.
CIBIL doesn't have any procedure to verify if the information provided by a third party is valid or not. I have a classic example with all the papers handy. I had a consumer durable loan from Bajaj finance in the year 2006 which I had cleared during the same time.
Even though I had paid them they had blindly put it in CIBIL and CIBIL people blindly entered it in their books and produced the same report when I asked. I really dont understand how can someone trust this body. I dont even know what action is government taking against these bodies for these irresponsible entries.
I have all papers from Bajaj from 2006 and I wrote to them and they blindly told that its not their concern and they just enter what information their tied up partners gives them. Its sucks. Any issue please feel free to get suggestion on this on my Cell:+91 98458 95662
