This company CBay is ruled by a thug by name Biju. Its the pathetic company to work for.There is no salary appraisals even for the deserving. Its led by a moron Biju Thomas who has an affinity towards his people and is biased in his approach to others. He extracts work from people and exploits them to the core.  I will not recommend this company to anyone.


Please for god sake guys, dont spoil ur future by working for this 3rd rated company
