I gave activa for service on 25th which was Christmas. I took appointment day before to avoid unnecessary waiting. My appointment was fixed for 9:00. I was on time. The person who prepares job card asked me about problem. I told that engine is not working smoothly and repairing is needed.
I asked at time only about receiving the call and estimate. But he told that he can’t say when I will receive a call. Whole day gone and I did not received a call. So giving up my patience the same day at 4:30 pm. But someone at reception transferred called to workshop. But phone kept on ringing and nobody gave me response. To my surprise on 25th finally I did not received a courtesy call.
On next day again same thing happened no one called me. So I again called up. I was directed to workshop after request at reception. Again they were dragging my case. No one was giving proper estimate of Honda active and nor delivery.
Being frustrated I registered complain against service centre with Honda. I decided that not give any vehicle to C R scooter because of such unprofessional behavior. They are spoiling image of Honda too.
