When I was looking to purchase one flat in Electronics city, Bangalore, I met my friend who already purchased an apartment in Ittina Mahavir. He explained his sad story to me.
" He booked his apartment(2BHK) in June 2006 with Ittina Mahavir. They promised him that they will deliver the flat after possesion by 2008. They have taken 75% of the flat cost but they took more time to handover. My friend was unable to move in. So he stayed in rented house. He has to Pay the EMI and Rent. Anyway he was managing. He got married in 2009.
Then his expediture started increasing. But ittina was not able to handover the possed flat to him. He approched Ittina Corporate office at Koramangala Manytimes. They informed that the project completion will be done by project team. He approched project team. The project team told that they will complete the pending works in the flat when buyer paid 100% payment. So he paid 100% payment. Then approched the project team. Again they told they will give priority to the flat which got possesion certificate from the corporate office. He went to corporate office and got possesion certificate.
Now project team informed that they will do the work when the workers are available. So my friend went to project site everyday at morning 8 am to get the work done. In the site the workers will be alloted the work by supervisor at 8am. My friend went to site dailybasis and get it done.
The handedover property from Ittina is not fully developed(ie. No space for vechicle parking, etc.
