On 24th December 2011, I got my Bullet Electra 4S from Punjab Ferozepur to Mumbai.. I went to Mumbai CST to with my whole family to take the delivery.. Its a used Bullet but the owner from Punjab kept the bullet in showroom condition. Then I did all the necessary formalities and took it to nearest Petrol pump. After the Bull was filled with Petrol her mouth became wet and it got started during 2nd kick as I was totally new to this Bull. Once the bullet started it brought smile in my face and I travelled on it from Mumbai CST till Vikhroli..Best part was this that "Every one makes ways for Bullet" which was a ad of Bullet where a train is stopped to let pass the Bullet go and on road every other biker gave a way for my Bullet. It was a continues ride for almost 25 Kms and for whole Journey just made a great experience as It was my first purchased Two wheeler and that too Royal Enfield.
Control on this bike was really really classic and I was good to go with 60 Km per hour. Not sure about the mileage but first owner told me that he got an average of 45 kmpl as he removed legguards, Spoke wheels and saree guard as this added un-necessary weight to bullet. However I am happy if I get an average of 30 KMPL as I used to get only 25 kmpl from my old scooter Bajaj Chetak which was given by my uncle for temporary use..
