I had to recommend this place as it had a different thinking in each aspect. right from the ambience, menu, food and service, everything was a welcome change.
If you bored of the fast food joints and famous branded pizza outlets, this place is perfect for you. located in a small shop Chinar 1 Building, Kalyani Nagar.
The place is small with 3-4 tables and wall mount table top with high stool seating. the dominance of bright yellow colour on the walls on one side with few bubster pizza taglines on the wall as posters and a red brick wall on the other side make the decor is quite nice and relaxing.
You can actually get a sneak peek into the hustling bustling kitchen cooking up fresh pizzas and other stuff. some amazing music in the background add to your experience. the place has a unique concept of Serve by the Slice which means the pizzas are made in 10" huge slices and not as a whole.
They also have Bub-Dogs(hotdogs) and Bub-Burgs(burgers) in their different style menu kind of like a spatula. as for the food we ordered Pork Chicken relish pork dog( a very soft and fresh bun huge in size, steamed tender juicy pork sausage(2 to cover length of bun), with loads of nicely caramelized onions, right amount of mustard, mayo and chicken relish) .
Bubsterrs Chicken Citron(ginger and basil infused chicken, topped with onion and bits of orange strewn about) Bubsterrs Pork Chorizza(chunks of spicy pork sausage lay atop of cinnamon glazed apples, yummmm) a special mention to the pizza base( its different from the monotonous thin crust you get everywhere, it packs a chunk but no too thick.perfect. SteakQ(grilled chicken burger with generous toppings of Bbq sauce, mayo, salad) and french fries on the side.
We tried an item from each section and were not disappointed even by a single dish. all things perfectly freshly made and the fragrance confirms that. the Oreo Blend Shake( oreo pieces in a thick creamy shake) was an add on. the staff is quick to serve you and serve with a smile. pricing is moderate not much of an issue. a must must recommendation to the people out here.
