I have flown british airways twice in the last two years and both the times I flew BA I had one of the best flights ever.they took off on time and actually landed a bit early..the inflight service was excellent and the crew too were friendly and helpful. they played a couple of new movies that I really enjoyed since there was no turbulence.
the food too was very good and enough for a meal, unlike a few other airlines that serve very little. The duty free shopping on the aircraft too was at good rates and the staff were patient with people who were not interested in buying anything but were only looking at the stuff.(frankly wasting their time). one of the passengers drank more than he could take and was being very loud and disturbing others. he was immediately asked to move to the back of the plane. The staff on the airport too was very helpful and granted me a window seat when I asked for one....
By the way, they do not treat the white and blacks in a differently, as I read in one of the reviews. Maybe one only needed to be polite and ask!
