I am one of the client who had very high opinion on Brand Factory. I had never visited BF till last Sunday. I happened to see an advt in TOI, 15th March 08, Saturday which read as "Big Deals - Buy 3 Get 4 Free - Grab 7 for the price of 3 on 120 brands". When I checked in BF, Abids store in Hyderabad, they informed that 'Buy3 Get 4 Free' offer was avbl only on Allan Solly & Indian Terrain & the offers were different on other brands.
The collections were also too less. Having visited I decided to do purchasing & ended up buying shirts for almost Rs.5000/-.The way the staff were handling were also not mentionable. When I disclosed this to few of my friends, they too had similiar experiences with BF. Why should an advt carry a wrong message? This is sheer cheating & I decided not to revisit BF again.
