Hi. I have started using this oil for last some weeks I got a information about it I like to share with you all. Frying with olive oil does not raise heart disease risk.Olive oil helps prevent stroke.It helps in reducing the levels of obesity.It improves bone mineralisation and reduce risk of osteoporosis.
Normal blood sugar levels can be kept in check with regular use of olive oil.
Oil, fried or raw, hot or cold, either extra virgin or not, olive oil has the same calories: 900 cal. per 100 grams. Eating more or less just depends on the amount of oil we take. In a salad, much of it will remain in the bottom, so you will not take it all. On the other side, fried food, it will absorb more oil. Therefore, you’re having more calories.So this oil also acts as a diet oil.
