Not Good.No customer support. Review on Bookmybai

Wanted a maid for cooking at our house since we are four people who share a flat and we all work in Bangalore .Since our jobs make us very busy we were in urgent need of a maid who could be trusted .I found this site when I was searching for some online solution for our problem .Well they asked for fees in order to book our request as a one time investment .I also talked to the customer care about the method of the usage of that site .

Finally after about 10 days we got contacted by them and got a maid at a cost of 5000 rupees and that too for a short period of time .but even after paying such an hectic sum of money the time of work was not fixed every now and then she had some problem and had an new excuse for a holiday We all took it lightly and thought it to be real .but then I came to know that all these excuses were just to take leave and every month she wanted leave of 5 days with new excuses.

I called customer service told them my problem after calling so many times and then just assured to resolve issue at earliest .I asked to find another maid for that purpose, but they just promised to resolve .And then finally I had to find the maid locally.I stopped that service of this website after just two months due to irresponsible customer support.
