I ordered a ring for my engagement because it was a nice design. Double checked with their customer support that I would receive it before my engagement. In the end they delivered it much before time.
It was a nice ring, but only issue with it was that it was of lower weight than what was advertised on the site. I called up their customer support and they promptly refunded the difference amount.
