If you don't have android phone or if you want to run android app on your computer than bluestacks app is right solution. You can run each and every android app on computer.
As I am android developer I used Bluestacks to deploy and test apps in its earlier steps.using bluestacks is very simple. Download apk and click on it bluestacks app will do rest. bluestack v2.0 is much advanced. which gives you much more features. I have two whatsapp account on bluestacks. I play each and every game on computer.
