Hi friends in june 2016 I brought a blue star ac for my showroom because I do have a backery shop I have need of ac I see many ac's but I took blue star 3HW18FBTU1.5 and it is my big mistake to brought this one when I kept it showroom and used to it for few days and it not works well as I expect
After that I called the customer care executive and told him that the situation he told me that some tips to follow and I do as he tell me but the problem remains same
Some days use it got damage and get fire and it has under warrenty period and I called the customer care and raise this issue he told me that our executive will meet you in next 48 hours and from that I am still waiting when no body came to me finally I go to shopkeeper for the replacement of the ac the mechnic told me that the ac is total damage and it is impossible to repair again
Now I called the customer service again but they don't gave me positive response and I lost my precious money
