Bluedart never delivers in Kolkata and they always have some excuse. They keep updating the status saying "consignee not available" even though I am available and they have not visited my residence. They also do arbitrary updates on their tracking page - "On Hold", "Delayed", etc. even though the consignment is at their office. Customer care number is answered once in 20 calls and they provide you with vague status replies like "waiting for sales tax clearance", etc. I am surprised that this courier company still exists and DHL has a tie-up with them!
