This is with regards to Blue Dart courier service in Bangalore city.
I have been expecting a delivery from Chennai sent about 4 days ago to me thru Blue Dart Couriers, they are yet to deliver me the package!
A courier was sent to me from Chennai to Bangalore about 4 days ago. On very next day I was waiting for delivery at home as it was primary delivery address. It did not happen, no one called or contacted me. When I checked their website, they said address incomplete/not tracable. I thought this must me some kind of a joke - as I have been getting all kinds of deliveries from post snail mail to international courier delivery at this address including Blue dart deliveries since 5 years at this address - which is in the heart of Bangalore very near to KR Market.
On seeing this comment, I called their call center, confirmed that they have full and complete address & landmark, re-updated my mobile number and told them I was/is at home waiting for their delivery. They told it has been re-directed to my office address automatically and if it is not taken there it will come back to home. Customer service agents even told me that since they have my mobile number they will call me if they need any address related directions, land marks, etc.
Very next day, it went to my office and came back.
Since my first call to their call center, I have been waiting to get this delivery or atleast a phone call from Blue dart asking about delivery address - none.
All I see at the end of 4th day is that again the same comment - "address incomplete - contact customer service!"
These guys are not even trying to find the address. My guess is, some one is sitting in an office and updating comments as he wishes! Worst kind of service ever seen. My post reaches me fast and regularly. In 4 days, people could have walked with courier from Chennai to my home!
To make matters worse only contact point is their call center - which works 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. No 24/7 support or sunday working of call center. And the best part about all this is there is no other escalation mechanisms given in the website except for form where you fill the feedback! This is best policy - don't give any avenues for customers to complain!
Suppose to be South Asia's leaders in courier network - what a joke!
