I had ordered something from flipkart and it was to be delivered through blue dart (consignment no: 43854488790). After repeated calls to the customer care and the retarded dumb as delivery guy who apparently had no idea about the whereabouts of any location, I finally had to cancel the order. Heights of service was that after 4 days of repeated calls they asked me to collect it from their office. On top of that they make false claims that they had called me but could not locate.
This is not the first time that such a thing has happened with blue dart. The can locate only the landmarks and rest you have to collect from their office. I have spent much time and phone bill on interacting with them.
Just wish ecom sites will stop using their service to cause less irritation to their customers. If I have to pick it up from blue dart office I would rather pick something 4m the neighborhood shop than use a ecom site.
