I have had a bad experience with Blue Dart .I was expected to get the delivery of shipment of a product(a book) on the given date. and as usual I waited at my home till 5pm before calling the customer care. The customer care asked me to wait till 6pm. I called back after 6, they asked me to wait till 6:30. I called back after 6:30, they asked me to wait for another hour. I asked him the time for customer care closure and he told me 9pm. I called back at 7:35pm and got to know that the customer care was closed for the day.
Ridiculous. I was waiting for my book entire day waiting at my home. And now the status is that shipped in undelivered due to non availability of receipient.
This is not the first incident with Blue Dart. In recent past, lots of my shipment are either returned or undelivered because of same reason.
