This is about bluedart pickup registration. Actually, I purchased some things from snapdeal and now because of some reason I want to return it. So I requested to return and got a mail from snapdeal that contain tracking number, centralized account number and courier tracking number and some instructions to Call Blue Dart at 18602331234 and provide them the centralized account number 266884 to book a pickup. Then I called bluedart number, then they asked for request number which I don't have but I told them all the number whatever I received in mail from snapdeal.
Then they told me to get the request number from snapdeal. So I called up to snapdeal but the snapdeal team said that we don't provide request number. whatever we provide for pickup that is in your mail. Then again I called bluedart told all story but bluedart team refuse to registration for pickup. they still demand request number .What the rubbish is this. I am stuck what to do.
In last 3 days, I have spent a lot of time while calling bluedart and money too. I am frustrated totally.
