Most unreliable and unprofessional. Damaged product delivered after delay and customer service refuse to refund also even after sharing video of the product.
Over and above executive had an audacity to write on chat support because customer changed his mind so he is cancelling the order. And then he says no slot available to arrange for pick up damaged product. Contact customer care again next day.
These guys take customer for granted this app should be boycotted..
