Serious suggestion...don't dare to join this company......0% job security whether it is recession time or not.I joined it 3 years back...
HR and manager told me a hell lot of lies regarding the project the team and everything...they are puppets in the hand of GE people..since all the business comes from GE....
Manager and HR will never ever come and ask you any thing until there is a escalation from GE side...when it happens they won't ask is it your fault or not....only you are the root cause of that problem.
This has happened with me and I don't want any other person to suffer.
