I gave my WagonR to Bimal for an accident repair job which involved replacing the left door, Front Bonnet, Windshield and the Left Side panel. When I received the car back (which was after 2 months of completion of insurance process) I had the following problems.
The Gear Box was rattling,
The suspension was noisy
The steering column felt like I was driving a truck without a power steering
The car gave 200km for 32 litres of petrol.
So - gave it back to them, got the car after one month and found, (same state, no change)
So - Gave it to another Maruti Service Station, they charged 1500/- but fixed it good.
Then took it on drive in the rain and found that
The windshield was leaking
The Air Blower Slider was not working
Gave it back to Bimal to fix the windshield and the blower slider issue since they had originally replaced the windshield and the other maruti service station told me its a risk of about 12k to replace the seal on the windshield.
Got the vehicle back and found the following
The windshield was not fixed
The blower was not fixed
In addition to this, the front Bumper was broken at the centre, the paint was damaged and a lot more scratches on the car and compliment.
In overall, its been nearly four months now and am still paying and getting the job done which should have been done in 15-20 days time.
My suggestion: If you have a car which had an accident, there are better people to do the job then Bimal

Guess what I did then :- Spoke to the Customer Care Manager at Bimal, and he helped me out to resolve all my issues. He made a note of all the points / issues that I had, even took my suggestions on how I wanted them to be fixed and then fixed the issues.
Seems like there are good people in there who would help you out, maybe we just need to know how to reach them..... right?
