Well, this is not the place to be. You get good treatment when you are going to buy your vehicle and they make you feel king. Once you are committed, once the deal is closed then starts your bag of woes. Chose the dealer as he was close to my residence, little did I realise that the Service center was way off the mark.
Finance schemes, trust SBI! I had to get things on my own with a little help from the Salesman, but I did the major processing and I am happy with SBI on financing.
The servicing department does not do a thing extra than in the manual. You have a scratch, they dont bother about it. (Another dealer fixes it for me ). A paint job on my bumper was quoted at 1800...Got the same thing done for under 400 by the other dealer. I cant understand the big deal in doing a small rubbing job or a light paint job!
The accessories department..Well the buggers there have no clue what they are doing. To fix my speakers he comes with a chisel! (I have seen even a Baleno being torn apart by a chisel) But I was not going to let them dig my car. He even had the measurements wrong, and the attitude was commendable when it was pointed out.
Fixing a sun control film was to open another bag of woes. He brings only the 3M catalog (which is quite expensive). Finally I settle with it since I want the best. But do they know to fix it properly? Thats quite another question and I had to change it on one window 5 times. (Read that as 5 trips to Mahadevpura!!) Thanks to Dharam Singh for halting the drive against sun control films!
And top notch issue in the vehicle. That let me give them 10-15 days more to fix, if not I will write it here too.
