The site has fairly decent range and has a good search engine. Shipping was also quick. However, this is an online shoe store. If you buy a brand which is unknown to you, then beware.
You cant tell much about shoes from the pictures. Even if you know your size, some designs fit, others do not.
I bought a pair of boots from the site which were too tight. But the store refused to take it back, because they said the item I had bought was on sale. Even after I explained that I only wanted an exchange and not refund, and that the shoes will be returned worn with original tags, they refused.This means that unless you are buying something which you have already used before, it is a risk spending money on this site as you could be stuck with a useless buy.Their service simply sucks. They did not acknowledge my complaints sent thru website and email, till I called up and demanded courtesy of a reply at least.
Online apparel and personal item vendors have to have a clear return policy. Otherwise, it is much better to try and buy in a bricks and mortar shop.
