Do not take BIGROCK service. Review on Bigrock

Any guys who manage business on web should not use Bigrock. I have a website https://fyne.in and I have worked with them and they suck

Reason

1. Support is only between 9AM to 8PM and if your site is down at night god save you

   
   




2. I used a dedicated server paying a bomb and they rarely cared for your ticket.

   
   




3. They judiciously call when there is a renewal coming up

   
   




4. Their technical team(most of them)are a bunch of jokers who have no idea what can be the resolution

   
   




5. They have no escalation matrix and you need to die with the first person who picks your call

   
   




6. Everytime you are expected to explain the situation to every new guy who picks your call

   
   




7. I just migrated to Liquidweb and even without optimization my site was loading 2 secs faster than bigrock

   
   




8. The name suits the company. BIGROCK. taking their services is like Banging your head on a Bigrock:)
