After seeing advertisement and as per my need I felt of ordering the fruits,vegetables and also the groceries for the month through big basket this is what I experienced.
Firstly the they give exact quantity but when we come to quality ufff no words to explain especially the apples and bananas that I received were spoiled I tried reaching the customer support I wonder they promise for dropping money back into their wallet but not replacement.Simple the amount in wallet we need to purchase the same scrap from them again.
Secondly the delivery time and the persons who come for delivering the products are hell they need our guidance of address from time to time and ultimately delivery gets delayed.Hope Big basket rectifies this and use the technology to make their delivery persons delivery the products soon.
