Up till 3 months ago I had a positive experience with Big Basket. The last time I ordered, my delivery never showed up in spite of making follow up calls. Eventually, I cancelled the order. Today out of 20 items, 4 were missing and 3 were damaged.
Luckily, I had not paid by card. On calling customer service, I was told I will get my delivery at the'next available slot' which was 24 hours later. RIDICULOUS. They mess up the order and instead of immediate replacement, I'm made to wait. My local store might charge me a bit more but the service and quality is way better. Will not ever be using Big Basket again and will be posting my review on all sites possible.
They need to take responsibility for their poor quality and unreliability. Absolutely unacceptable! If there was a zero star option for service, quality and reliability I would be clicking on that.
