Bigtec a bangalore based software company might ask you to provide the services from free lancers , They will be ok initially with the price you quote , one the job is almost done about 95% , what they do is
They will say only 20% wil be paid now
Another 20% after 50% work completion .
40% ad the fnish of 100% work.
Rest 20% after 1 month.
When is it 90-95% done from where their team can take up the rest, they wil certify it as 50% done and once that is done they will ensure that you don't come to office to finishe the other 5-10% work and get your rest money.
They will keep on postponing the date and give hazar bahans.
Make sure if you get a request for freelance job from bitec you take right steps, so that your hard work is not enjoyed by people like bigtec.
