I have a bitter experience in furniture bazaar at Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore branch. I booked some household furniture from that branch. During booking I ensure that stocks are available. That time they confirm me that everything are available and will be delivered to my address within next 2 days (excluding Sunday). After two days I got a call from them that some items are not available and they will deliver those items after 1 week. But in actual case it took more than a month.
They will say that, fitters will come just after the deliver, but in actual case you have to spend huge money on phone call to make your things ready. Even if you try to talk with manager you can’t able to. They will say manager will phone you after sometime but ultimately no response.
So better you think about before you buy from furniture bazaar. You will get same quality furniture in same price at outside market also. At least they will deliver you on time
