I have ordered Rakhi on 30-July 2017 and delivery date was 04-Aug 2017. I have called the customer care number - 8017027503 on 01-Aug 2017 and have reminded them that I need the delivery by 04-Aug 2017 but till date i.e 11-Aug 2017 I have not received the product.
I have raised cancellation & refund request on 07-Aug 2017 as I no longer needed the product but none of my mails are getting answered by customer care department. Also, When I contacted the customer care department on 11-Aug 2017, first it went unanswered for about 4 calls. Later on a lady picked up my call and after listening to my query for refund she disconnected saying that please contact Mr. Rahul for your queries.
This is completely cheating
