#1 inefficient in all,
I said 1week time for credit card bill generation, they said just give check and after 1week policy generate and can pay by credit card but deposited check.
Wrongly updated address, never corrected, sent 5 emails also.
ECS presented 6 days before due date
Never respond for customer care support, auto disconnection after entering policy and registered mobile.
IF UR TIME IS BAD THEN U TAKE BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE. EVEN general insurance numbers not work properly, address wrongly mentioned.
agents education is 10th class.
