I paid my car insurance premium on 9th September 2016(Vehicle No. HR 26 BE 9034). My insurance expired on 12 September 2016. I have NOT received a money receipt or the policy yet. There is nothing to show that I have paid the premium. All my emails and complaints and follow ups with my Bharti AXA or their representative Safdurjung Hyundai in Gurgaon have NOT been responded. If I am confronted by police for car papers check, I shall be penalised for not having valid insurance papers although I have timely paid premium.
Never go to Bharti AXA for any insurance. They DON'T care one bit for a customer. I shudder to think how with they handle a claim!
