Coconut oil is good for health but there are better oils availble in the market viz. olive oil and canola oil which are very good for health specially for those you have heart issues.
Coconut oil is good if you keep on switching the oils and excess of any oil is not good so, better to keep on switching between oils. Have coconut oil for 3 months, than rice bran oil for 3months, then oil and then canola and so on. this will keep you health.
