I had to get 3 rooms of my rented home painted. I was to cost around 12k.only walls no ceiling. The contractor assigned was Ashwini from Chandigarh. the person who dealt with us was Bhupender. Firsthe told me my living room would cost 5390. then he asked me to get putty for myself. then he said I had to pay 1 day extra for labor(500/-) as 1/4th of the wall required extra putty. SHIT!
He first told me I would get discount of 5% if I got the room booked on the same day. then he said I would discount only if I got the whole house painted(that would cost around 35k). SERIOUSLY its such a big NONSENSE.
Better invest your money in some pvt. contractor or daily wages labourers. would cost much much less.
Not at all expected from such a big name company.
