Grievance about Barclay Investment and Loans India Ltd.shop no.1, 2, 3, & 4-Gaurangi Chambers, Opp.Damani Estate, L.B.S.Marg, Thane West.India.Pin 400602
My personal loan for 350, 000 INR was approved but during the apporval I was compelled by your Staff Ms.Pooja Santosh to take Max-Newyork Life partner policy of a big amount.
Although there is no connection(no rule in personal finace guidelines) between taking an loan and forcing down a life insurance policy.
This condition was not told during application process by your sales man Arjun.This is serious breach of trust. A reputed bank like Barclays using this practice to sell loans is highly un-ethical and un-lawful.
I am writing to your UK office and approach Consumer Coart and RBI for this case of customer exploitation.
