This is Manoj and I have Selected this Card due to Barclay's International Brand Image. But India Services is more than worst. I got the card after 15 nos of verification calls from there different Barclay's agencies and offices and when I refused for card than they sent me a card with a nominal limit which was not of any use for me. On request of cancellation, they are never honored.
Customer Call Centre is place of goons, to rebuke there clients only and just to convey that there system is down always. Barclay's never reply on the mail if consumer has a query, but one can expect automated receipt of mail. Wrong Billing is another good feature. I would recommend all user for StanC as I am using that and it is the BEST. Oh God, Save Indian consumers from this Barclay named monster.......
Review of Mouthshut:- Good Informative site with lot of bad things.. It is impossible to open the site without a extraordinary internet speed. Collect the data or do reviews, but that never makes impact.
