I have my account in Bank of Maharashtra thane branch from past 4-5 years. I am having a very bad experience till date because of the employees they have hired. All the employees working there are old persons. They don't know the value of time.
They just do the work by there way. When I have to deposit an amount into my account I have to early morning as the bank opens because I know it would take at least one standing in a queue of not more than 6-7 people.
Im maintaining the account because its a government bank as of some government procedure I need that account otherwise I would have closed the account many years ago. Im have a very bad experience till now. Hope the bank will progress bu the time.
