I had visited this bank to open an account of mine and it is also public bank. But on visiting here I was shocked. They don't have proper infrastructure.
The people and staff working here are not friendly at all. They are very harsh. Also I had asked for a form and they told me to wait. I had waited for one year and then I had got a form. Also they didn't explain about the procedure and various schemes going on.
I had filled the form and my account started after three weeks. Also I have opted for ATM services and I received the kit after one month. The worst part is that they takes high charges for ATM services compared to other banks. It was really a bad experience for me. I suggest not to open an account in this bank.
