I have a savings account since 2015.Suppose am going to bank Directly in terms of any other service, then am not get correct response from bank staffs.Communication is very poor from Bank's side.Not a proper understanding between customers and bank employees.because I have faced inconvenience from their employees.Suppose I asked some details about particular transaction, if am not known. then some irritating answers from employees.I also activated internet banking.but That activation period was 1 to 2 months.amount credit/debit messages are not delivered my phone properly.Phone banking was very poor.sometimes sites are not opened due to maintenance.this also very irritating to me.Fixed Deposit interest rates also less compared to other banks.Totally am not satisfied that bank.
