Hello friends
I am going to share one bitter experience with boi.my friend has an account and his ATM card was not working because the ATM was damaged from the back side and magnet plate of ATM got damaged.when we go to bank, bank officer told us it will take more then 15 days to get new ATM card.we have given the application but after 1month my friend still waiting for new ATM card.He is a businessmen. He cant visit all the time boi branch for amount withdrawal every time.he applied for ATM card still he didn't get it.We have visited so many times in branch and again n again we are getting the same reply to come after next week.I mean it is so pain full.Branch is almost 10 km away from his home.
