I bought 3 shirts from central, Jayanagar out of which one I wanted to exchange for a jeans instead. I went to bellandur central for return as I thought inter store exchange is common. I went to customer service guy who groomed and dressed like a Maas guy( unprofessional).
I told him I want to exchange this .
he asked me why.
I said I didn't like it.
I guess he didn't like the answer. He said you can't exchange like that, you have to take same shirt different size.
After arguing he said you can buy another one and bring it.
But I wanted a credit note instead.
This agent is not willing to give a credit note at all as it was his own shop. After lot of fight he accepted to exchange with any other. But later I didn't buy as floor manager told me that inter store exchange is not allowed.
My question to central is? Why do you employ such a cheap personal in customer service. Do we have to face such unprofessional idiots? Do we have to fight to get our rights on exchange?
