Respected Sir, my Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is registered on 24/07/2012 at the Tardeo RTO, Mumbai. Reg No. is MH01BE8751. The bike has been driven by me for 2500 kms. Right from the first day of delivery, the bike has been emanating tremendous engine roughness and vibrations.
I waited for the bike’s running-in procedure to be completed as per Company recommendations but despite that the vibrations and engine roughness won’t go. I made several complaints to Bajaj Customer Care but alas, even they weren't able to resolve the issue despite repeated attempts.
Finally they told me that all Pulsar 200 NS models are like this and nothing can be done about it. It is extremely uncomfortable to ride the bike as the vibrations creep in through the seat, foot pegs, handle bar. Kindly help me out with this, I want my money reimbursed from Bajaj.

I brought new pulsar 200 NS on 12th October 2012.After couple of days, bike started stopping after every 5kms after first 100kms and had wait for hour to get it started.I told the problem to Bajaj team and they worked on this trouble for 2 to 3 days and assured me that, this problem won’t occur again.
but just after 2 more days, the same problem started to appear.This is a serious problem and drove me into many other troubles.I want my bike to be replaced or get my cash back which is 93, 400 Rs.
This is very shameful for a company holding such a reputation to supply the consumer with such kind of product

Hey guys, bought my 200 ns on sept 8th…clocked 2800 kms..only in the city…the sound from the bike is due to the assembly of the vicer..as it is 4 parts rather than the usual 3 parts..70 percent of 200 ns has dis problem…i clarified with the 200ns expert service men,
then I am facing a problem from beginning as my oil level indicator keeps showin most of the time…even aft service n all…first they said it was not a big isuue but being concerned I have given it for repair …free of cost ofcourse….also yes I recently have started gettin the burnt smell…3 days bak…could be the calibrater heating up ..or the radiator as some hv mentioned…so iv given it to pulsar servic centre khivraj motore, indranagar …hopefully I get it bak today…also the person there adviced me to change a small part of the gear which mite b causing the oil pressure indicator..accordin to him….so guys.yes it has sm issues since it is the first batch of 200 ns that we all have..but I hv not faced any major problems where in I couldnt use the bik or it stopeed…the bike runs smooth and im gettin constant milleage of 38 to 40 in city even witht the oil indication issue….hopfully it gets solved after this repair..n I will update the progress…even 220 had issues with gearbox..so not a new thing…i havnt faced any such problms with the gearbox…

This is ANUBHAV, I bought Pulsar 200ns on 19/08/2012 and from the second day bike’s engine is getting extremely heated up within 2-3 km of ride.Even it is very difficult to sit on the bike as engine heat cannot be tolerated.Legs get sweated up when the engine is running and the bike is standing idle.This is very shameful for a company holding such a reputation to supply the consumer with such kind of product.I spend around 96, 000 on the product and they are all waste.

I HAD PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSAR 200 NS DATED 17 JULY 2012 , AFTER COMPLLETEING 200 K.MS , THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR KEPT ON GLOWING FOR WHICH I TOOK TO THE AUTHORIZED BAJAJ SERVICE STATION , BUT IT DID NOT HELPED , IT AGAIN KEPT ON SHOWING THE SAME INDICATOR , , TILL THEN I HAD COMPLETED 2000 KMS BIKE WAS DRIVEN AS PER SPEED MENTIONED IN THE BOOKLET PROVIDED I.E 54 KMPH TILL 200 KMS , NOW WHEN I TRIED TO THROTTLE IT BIKE PRODUCED MISSING AT 80-88KMPH INTERVAL, FOR FURTHER QUERY ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE I REGISTERED THE ISSUE IN BAJAJ WEBSITE , AND I HAD TO VISIT THE SAME SERVICE STATION 4 TIMES, DURING MY SECOND VIST THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS DUE TO ''OIL PRESSURE SENSOR '' WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK AND I HAVE TO VIST AGIN FOR THIS FOR THE SECOND PROBLEM THEY DRAINED OUT THE CARBUERATOR AND TOLD ME NO MISSING WOULD BE THEIR ANY MORE , INDEED I FACED THE SAME BOTH PROBLEM AGAIN , IN THE 3RD MEETING THEY PLACED THE SO CALLED OIL SENSOR AND ASSURED ME THAT ON SUCH PROBLEM WOULD OCCUR IN FUTURE AND DRAINED OUT THE CARBUERATOR AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE DONE THE ROAD TEST AND NO MISSING WAS FOUND ( FOR GENERAL INFORMATION THE ROAD ON WHICH THEY TOOK THE RIDE TEST ONE CANNOT ACHIEVE A SPEED OF 60KMPH ) , SURPRISINGLY I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM ONCE AGAIN , I CALLED THEM AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE SAME OLD PROBLEM FOR WHICH THEY ASKED TO COME AGAIN , 4TH MEETING THEY CLEANED THE SENSOR AND PLACED IT AGAIN , FALSE ASSURANCE AGAIN BY SERVICE STATION PEOPLE , IT DID NOT DISAPPEARED AT ALL .. TILL TODAY I HAVE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM , I HAD MAILED IT THIS ISSUE TO WORK MANAGER , DID NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEM TILL TODAY , MAILED IT TO BAJAJ COUSTOMER FORUM AS WELL , I HAVE'NT GOT ANY REPLY AS SUCH .
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH A 97, 000 BIKE WHICH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , ADDING MY TIME WHICH I HAD WASTED IN GOING TO THE SERVICE STATION AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN . ADDING THE HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH I HAD INVESTED IN PURCHASING THE MOTORCYCLE , I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN CHEATED

SO RS.1, 03, 000 BIKE IS RS.65, 000 IN JUST COUPLE OF MONTHS
THAT'S THE PROOF OF HOW TO WASTE RS.1 LAKH.*
