I have a bajaj finserv card and I have purchased two household items from it.
I got a air conditioner and got it financed through bajaj finserv at 0% interest.
The process of finance is very simple and you get the approval very fast.
I also purchased a television with this card.
There are no hidden charges. And I was completely satisfied with it.
But recently I purchased a mobile phone samsung j 7 prime.
I made 6 installments out of which one I paid by cash and the rest five would be deducted from the bank.
But this time what happened they debited the installment 6 times which had to be debited 5 times.
I had a word with them and they said your last installment would be credited back to you within 10 working days.
It has been 21 days I have not recieved my amount.
Not satisfied with their service.
