It is a tough battle in this segment, with more than a dozen bikes battling for the lion’s share of the pie. Not really meant for the urban market, bikes like the Discover 100, Hero Splendor and Passion, and Honda’s Dream range are being pursued with great interest in semi-urban and rural areas, where they are one step above entry-level bikes.
