I want to return my M-audio track duo and audio technica at2020 as they are not working perfectly. there is sound input and output issue with the both, but they guys totally refused for the refund with some shitty reasons as I placed the return on the very next day of the delievery of the products. products seems like used as the boxes are not properly packed and torn.(not in a good shape)
I was regularly keep in touch with the customer care as my order was getting delayed, dont know why, but they didnt give me the proper solution rather than telling me that its not their fault, its delievery partners fault and assure me to deliever it by the end if the evening whenever I call but issue not resolved .
Very rude and arrogant behaviour in terms of customer service .they guys don't know how to talk to the customer . all they know is how to make excuses. their service is pathetic I would never recommend bajaao to anyone in my circle rather amazon and other websites are far far better than you in terms of delievery time and after sale support. They should learn how to talk to the musicians before running a music instruments company . I am not letting them go so easily with my hard earned money,

And please don't order anything from bajaao and blacklist them.
