Simple Comedy - Could have been lot better. Review on Baankey Ki Crazy Baraat

What should I tell about baankey ki crazy baraat.i read a review and went to watch and surprise part is I was the only person in the hall to watch.this was an experience of its own kind.It felt like private screening of the movie.:-)

Its a simple, honest comedy movie revolving around a groom who cannot be present in his own marriage owing to bad kudli dosh! Hence comes a "proxy groom".The depiction of the family, the cultures and how people are superstitious is showcased beautifully.

This is what I call a Halka Phulka comedy movie.there is no melodrama or heavty duty intense scenes.just simple comedy.The movie is slow paced in the beginning and the 2nd part is mostly on the marriage and the confusion and finally the realisation of a true love! I would say its a great ensemble movie .the way it was in "Ankho Dekhi" but only problem is in this movie is its poor story.The story was not as strong and dynamic like Ankho Dekhi.

So I wont suggest to watch in a movie hall but if you have nothing else to do.then just go for a simple happy time with a simple story!
