BSNL is the first provider to offer 3G band spectrum-a dream come true. It’s a different matter altogether that 4G band is evolving when 3G is still catching up in India. Unable to bear persistent competition from private operators, BSNL has tuned itself well. It’s signals are the best even in the remotest of the areas. However, as of now, its latest packages such as Broadband Connectivity are still gaining momentum as its competitors have already reached almost the pinnacle in the respective field.
In order to be dominant in the market, BSNL is yet to implement a couple of attractive schemes and popularize them. Though, it offers a range of schemes such as Sulabh, majority of the people, even the educated, have caught unawares. The other side describes a different story because some of the best schemes offered by BSNL are being marred by limitations such as “To Select Customers Only”.
Being a public sector provider, BSNL has to cope with pressures from all corners, which is hardly understandable by the common man because quality service is what eventually matters to everyone.
